International Yoga Day

On June 21, the NCC Unit of Holy Family Higher Secondary School, Muttom, Cherthala, successfully organised a special program to mark International Yoga Day. Held at the Pastoral Centre, the event commenced at 9 a.m. and was expertly led by Mr John Varghese, a Yoga Level 2 teacher of the Ayush Department and TA Trainer. Participants were guided through various practices designed to promote physical and mental well-being.
