Built in AD 1023, St. Mary's Forane Church — Muttath Palli, Muttom, Cherthala — stands as a symbol of strong Christian faith and the spiritual renaissance of our community. Rebuilt around 1600 under Portuguese artistry, it is one of the most beautiful and largest churches in the region.
Its altars carry rare paintings made from fruit pulp, plant leaves and gold dust, and a magnificent relief of the Ascension of the Virgin Mary found nowhere else. The shrine of Mother Mary Immaculate has drawn pilgrims of every faith since 1904, making Muttom a renowned pilgrim centre under the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly.
For more than five decades, our schools have been guided by a single conviction — that true education shapes not only sharp minds, but kind, courageous and grounded hearts. That belief continues to guide every decision we make.
As Manager, my commitment is to ensure that each student finds the encouragement, the resources and the values they need to flourish — and that every family feels part of the St. Mary's community.
A family of schools built over generations, each with its own proud beginning.
